To help make your stay at Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites in Toronto as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.
- Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs CAD 11.95 per day.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 4 years old stay for CAD 20 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 16 years old stay for CAD 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #2: Closed from Thu, Jan 04, 2024 until Thu, May 30, 2024 A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and valid credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note, upon arrival the property will pre-authorize the guest's credit card for one room night and an additional CAD $100 per night for incidentals. Please note, this hotel only accepts credit card. No cash or debit card payments are accepted. Guests under the age of 19 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
